You can’t go wrong with this one; pronounced, ‘pan o luh-vahn’ the name basically means sourdough, or leavened (levain) bread (pain). It is our signature bread with the ‘M.’ It has a thick crust and a dense, chewy interior. Made with wheat flour and white starter, and has a wonderful sourdough flavor.
